Modern Tropical House | Exterior Visualization

This project presents a modern tropical residence visualized through photorealistic architectural rendering. The design focuses on clean contemporary volumes, warm natural materials, and large glazed openings that connect the interior spaces with the surrounding landscape. The visualization highlights balanced daylight, realistic material textures, and detailed landscaping to create a believable residential environment. The goal of the render was to communicate architectural form, spatial depth, and atmosphere while maintaining a natural and inviting aesthetic. Created as part of an architectural visualization study using SketchUp and Lumion, the project demonstrates exterior lighting, material realism, and environmental storytelling in a residential context.
