Institutional Building 3D Visualization
This project explores the transformation of a large institutional site in Russia into a visually engaging digital environment. I developed the complete masterplan in SketchUp, modeling every building, landscape element, and circulation path to capture the scale and rhythm of the site. In Lumion, I built the atmosphere of the project — defining lighting, materials, vegetation, and water elements to create a cohesive mood. The goal was to present not only the architecture but the feeling of the place: its openness, movement, and connection to the surrounding landscape. Final color grading and presentation work in Photoshop helped elevate the visual story, creating a clean, professional narrative that communicates the potential of the development clearly and effectively. This project reflects my approach to large-scale 3D visualization: blending technical precision with a strong sense of design and environment.
