This project focuses on a dual-lighting narrative: the crisp, high-contrast clarity of a midday sun versus the ethereal, vibrant glow of a northern night. Key architectural features include a dramatic cantilevered second story that provides shaded outdoor lounging and an seamless indoor-outdoor transition through expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing. The material palette balances industrial textured concrete with the warmth of natural wood slatting, all brought to life through hyper-realistic textures and physically accurate light simulations.
